How does it all work?

How do I book in for a service?

Just simply fill out the form (here), and we will get back to you to organise a complimentary video call so that you can show us the layout of your house and discuss your cleaning needs with us. We can also provide you with an accurate quote whilst on the call. Once you’re happy with the quote, we require a $50 deposit to secure the booking – and we will send you an email with everything you need to know about your first clean. We will also send you a text-message the day before the service so that you don’t forget – we know how busy life can get sometimes.

What is the purpose of a video call?

The initial video call is a great way for us to virtually meet you and take a look at the layout of your house. We use it to discuss any issues or questions you have, and it's also a way for us to provide you with an accurate quote!

 

How do I book in for an ongoing weekly/fortnightly clean?

We can discuss this with you at any point that suits! If you’re happy with your first clean and you’d like to book in for an ongoing service, we can schedule in a regular clean on the same day and same time, every week or fortnight. There's no lock-in contract so if things change, let us know and we'll see how we can assist.

 

How do you take payment?

We have a few options! Bank transfer works for us, but you can also be sent a text message and email with a link to pay - please note this may incur a card processing fee. For ongoing services, most of our clients have our bank details stored in their banking app where they can pay us directly after the service is complete.

 

What if I need to cancel?

As we are a small business and respect our wonderful clients, we just kindly ask for the same in return by providing at least 24hrs notice prior to your visit from us. This allows us to fill your slot with clients on our waitlist that are seeking a casual service. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24hrs notice is given.

 

Do I need to be home during my service? 

Not necessarily! On our very first visit, we do suggest that you are there to greet us – not only so that we can meet you in person, but so we can familiarise ourselves with your home.  After the initial visit, you don't need to be home. Most of our clients have very busy schedules and are happy to leave a key in a safe space for us to gain access to the property.

 

Will there be a different cleaner each time?

No - we will match you with one specific cleaner that will visit you on either a weekly, or fortnightly basis. As time goes on your cleaner will pick up on how you like things to be done, including all of the little touches and finer details you appreciate!

 

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

We will provide all cleaning supplies, however for hygiene purposes, please provide us with your own vacuum and mop. All of our eco-friendly cleaning supplies are of the highest quality, and we deep clean all of our supplies after every visit to ensure the most stringent of hygiene practices.
